  Instrument usage:
    Suitable for measuring the permeability of lithium-ion battery separators.
  Measurement principle:
    A certain pressure of air passes through the nozzle, and when penetrating the test piece, the impedance generated by the test piece to penetrate the air determines the air pressure between the nozzle and the test piece. Measure this pressure value and theoretically calculate the permeability value equivalent to the number of isolation seconds based on it.
  Product features:
    1. Using high-precision pressure transmitters to collect test pressure, providing real-time feedback on test pressure, and responding sensitively;
    2. The whole machine is equipped with a large capacity buffer cylinder to avoid pressure fluctuations caused by sample leakage;
    3. Using a heat flow mass flowmeter with higher stability and performance to monitor the gas leakage flow of the sample;
    4. The installation method of the sample conforms to ergonomics and is easy to install;
    5. The double clamping surface of the sample is made of 40Cr special steel, which is quenched and then ground, and combined with a sealing device to ensure that the sample is tightly adhered without air leakage; 
    6. The sample clamping method adopts pneumatic clamping;
    7. Full screen, Chinese and English interface, menu style operation mode;
    8. Equipped with a printer interface, it can directly print data reports when connected to a printer;
    9. The device is equipped with online software that can transmit data through the PC serial port. Test data can be automatically and immediately transmitted to the PC end for display in dedicated software, and can be exported in CSV (Excel) format (for secondary development and utilization, including uploading MES);
