  Instrument purpose:

     To test the dynamic adsorption performance of automotive air conditioning filters which can reduce the concentration of harmful gases and odors from external environment or internal circulation. 

  MEET THE STANDARD: 

     GB/T32085.2-2015, ISO11155-2:2009, QC/T795.2-2007 and other standard instrument 

  features: 

     1, Filter Material Resistance pressure difference will be obtained through its upstream and downstream test chamber static pressure ring, and adopt high precision imported brand pressure difference transmitter, ensure the accuracy and stability of differential pressure. 

     2, Adopt Double Sensor, collect up and down concentration at the same time, ensure the sample accurate, stable, fast and effective.

     3. Systematically test the air intake to remove suspended particles from the incoming air through HEPA. There is a steady pressure and steady flow device inside to ensure the stability of the flow, and the automatic control system is simple, fast and stable. 

     4. Pollutants are effectively filtered, absorbed, and then released into the air.

     5. Equipped with a 10 inch touch screen, test results are displayed directly in the interface, users can choose to directly or save data, with a remote network module, can be directly remote upgrade equipment. 

     6, users only need to place the sample in the fixture, press the button, adjust the test flow system will pass the PLC automatic test, resistance and efficiency, the whole process is simple, fast and efficient.

     7. Standard N Butane test sensor, toluene, sulfur dioxide or other gas sensor optional.

     8, integrated air flow resistance test function, according to the setting of different flow rate to detect air flow resistance. 

     9. Negative pressure test mode, to prevent the test gas into the surrounding, on the health of the Tester.
